At Reebok, we stand behind our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
